Position Description:

CGI is looking for an Business Analyst to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Follow up closely all topics related with the Applications Management:
a. Contractual framework
d. IT Security topics
e. Data Privacy and GDPR topics
f. Technical teams’ interaction
g. Implement and follow a Project Governance model
h. Incident escalation
i. Topic follow-up with SaaS Providers
j. Follow-up the deployment and entity roadmap
2. Problem solving
3. Delivery coordination.
4. Stakeholder management.
5. Distributed teams’ coordination.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Excellent Communication skills;
• Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team);
• Ability to work under pressure, with sense of responsibility and accountability for decisions taken;
• Ability to anticipate issues and react promptly
• Ability to work effectively with business partners, challenging where appropriate to give the best solution/results;
• Ambition to work directly with customers and actively manage large stakeholders pool.
• Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science or similar Education.
• Experience in Procurement or financial area it’s a plus;
• English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
• Availability to travel and to be relocated for short periods in other European countries.
